Emulsifying machine

An operating unit commonly used in the Japanese chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries to convert two incompatible liquids (one of which is almost always water and the other an insoluble "oil") into a uniformly distributed liquid-liquid dispersion system (a floating liquid). According to the theory of emulsion urgency, the droplets should be as small as possible, usually less than 10um, in order to keep the formed dispersed system in a relatively stable state for a long time. Meaning of several production emulsifying machine is based on the principle of design, with a high speed rotating high shear of the rotor system and the corresponding wall mechanical energy provided by mixing system, make one phase to another phase, were mixed with through the deformation and fracture resistance of the droplet, reduce the diameter of the thick liquid drop continuously and finishing homogeneous emulsification process.
