After the blades and rotary blades are cut, compressed, and folded, they are stirred and mixed and flow down to the homogenizer below the pot body. The material then passes between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. In the process of shearing, impact, turbulent flow, etc., the material is cut in the shear slit and quickly broken into 200nm-2um particles.
Because the emulsifier is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the mixing process are pumped away in time.
