The pipeline emulsifier adopts a specially designed high-speed rotor and stator combination. Under the drive of the motor, the rotor has strong kinetic energy with its extremely high linear velocity and high-frequency mechanical effect, so that the material is subjected to the precise gap between the rotor and the stator. The combination of shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence achieves the effects of dispersion, grinding and emulsification.

Pipeline emulsifier is used for emulsification, homogenization and dispersion of products in industrial production. The machine is composed of first-class, second-class, three-stage fixed and rotor. Each stage is divided into two layers, four layers and six layers. The eight-layer dual-biting rotating stator is composed of materials, and the materials are sheared, dispersed and emulsified through layers. The processed material is subjected to hundreds of thousands of shears after being sucked into the rotor, thereby ensuring the high dispersion of the multiphase liquid and the rapid refinement of the fixed particles.
