When making paste, according to the ingredients of toothpaste processing technology, the raw materials are put into the breeding pot with pipes. Through the super strong mixing, dispersing and grinding effect of the breeding machine, all kinds of raw materials in the pot are completely dispersed and mixed with each other, and then the toothpaste paste is made by vacuumizing and defoaming.

1.  Fast-cutting vortex emulsification blender is used in the homogeneity part, which can scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom and wall of boiler.

2. The homogenizer and the blade stirring can together work or separate work.

3.  All kinds of slow agitator of vacuum homogenizer mixer for cream: paddle-type, spiral type and frame type(also with scraper), can be installed in the stainless steel tank body to achieve the overall mixing.
