1. What is EDI?
EDI water Treatment purification system is also called electrodeionization. It’s skillfully combined electroosmosis technology with ion exchange technology. By means of the selectivity permeation effect on anion and cation by anion and cation exchange membrane, and exchange effect on ion by ion exchange resin. Under direct-current electric field, realize the directed migration of ions, thus complete heavily salt removing, meanwhile, hydrogen ion and hydroxyl ion generated by water electrodeionization will make the ion exchange resin regeneration, so it can produce ultrapure water continuously without acid-base chemical regeneration.
